The Spotlight Initiative / UNwomen provided funding support for the implementation of a survey and training project the Accountability Score Card
The Project is being implemented by Help & Shelter and Red Thread and its main focus is to strengthen technical capacities of CSOs through collaborative mechanisms and partnerships to design appropriate public accountability frameworks (accountability scorecards) for
EVAWG legislation, policies and related services.

Project activities also included:

• Training NGOs to implement the survey tool
• Train NGOs in self-assessment
• Interview Beneficiaries of services a women and girls have access to
• Survey and assess the service providers of services to survivors of SGBV / DV
