In April 2009 Help & Shelter received a donation of US$10,000 from ExxonMobil Corporation to be used for much-needed repairs & remedial work to our shelter, creation of additional work space at our crisis service and refurbishment to enhance the environment for clients and personnel at both the shelter & crisis service. The donation has been made as part of ExxonMobil’s corporate citizenship activities in Guyana.
